Informational brochures are available in English and Spanish for both consumers and licensees. These brochures are educational tools to assist with understanding consumer rights and responsibilities regarding pawn and regulated lending transactions. These brochures will provide information about industry standards as well as additional resources.

Cost- $25 (kits will not be mailed prior to payment being received by OCCC)
Upon completion of the brochure order form, email it to financial-education@occc.texas.gov.
