The CAB transition to NMLS is underway now and will remain open until May 18, 2026.
To begin, gather Internal Revenue Service (IRS) documentation reflecting an exact match of the entity’s legal name and Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), if such documentation is not already available.

Please note that OCCC staff do not have access to NMLS in the same capacity as applicants. We are unable to view your account or upload documents on your behalf. For help with account creation, system navigation, or uploading documents, we recommend contacting the NMLS Call Center at 1-855-665-7123 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM ET).
