Property Tax Lender license reinstatement period opens on January 01,

Licenses not renewed by Dec 31, have until February 28 to reinstate* their cancelled license(s). Licenses not reinstated will expire permanently and you will need to reapply.

*Reinstatement – $1,000 late filing fee + the renewal fee for each license you are reinstating.
